Hi Peter
Los Zarzales have a simliar starter which I eat nearly every time I dine there, which includes broad beans, mint ,bacon, botifarra sausage amongst other things. I sometimes make this for friends, but it never quite tastes the same in wet County Tyrone.
You can search under faves a la catalana , or spanish sauce, or Saveur.com - Authentic Recipes, Food, Drinks and Travel. Happy cooking, Tanya

PS if you do not find the recipe on the saveur site I am more than happy to pass it on to you
