Default Beef & Tapas Restaurant

This is a fantastic restaurant which became one of our favourite places in PP this year. The menu is excellent and food is delicious.
There is a really good selection of tapas but if you don't fancy that then there are home made pizzas, burgers and salads.

We mainly ate the tapas which was lovely. Portions are quite big and we ordered two each which was plenty. Everything from the usual Pimientos, Serrano Ham and Patatas Bravas to Pork Loin topped with red pepper and goats cheese or Gratinated Cod Loin.

We ate there both at lunch time and in the evening and on one occasion were the only ones in, but the waiter was excellent.

It seems to be owned by L'Almirant but I don't think it was last year.

Neptuno is usually one of the best places for Tapas but this place beat them hands down this year.

Default Beef and Tapas

We also went this year ........... 3 of us had Tapas 2 portions of the larger Tapas plus extra prawns and chicken ...... which interestingly is exactly the same as the selection in L'Almirant but cheaper. The non Tapas fan had a really great looking burger

Doesn't have the Authenticity of Neptunos ( but food presented much more nicely ) or the location of L'Almirant but for value and for offering something for non tapas fans so that you can ALL enjoy your meal it wins hands down
