Eating Out in Cala San Vicente

We are very fond of the restaurant A'LBA. The owner Dolores, known as Lolly is very friendly. Food is great, you can watch the chef cook the kebabs. OH has fish there which is lovely. Pepe's is good value, don't be misled by cafe appearance food is good. You will find all these places in a day. We always finish at the Bar Majorca, off the Molins beach for a coffee/brandy night cap! Do let us know how you get on. |
We spent a couple of lovely lunchtimes at Pepe's Bar this month - Cala San Vicente is a lovely, chilled place to while away the hours.
Pepe's food is simple, unpretentious stuff - mom loved the sardines which aided her recovery from coming last at crazy golf earlier in the day. And they made a nice fuss of the little one after she flashed her blue eyes, playing pass the parcel with her round the bar, which she loved. And now I'm sat at this office desk....... Pass me the pills.....:D |

Did you eat at las marinas above the shop opposite the simar? One day when we were there we made up our own tapas from a lot of items on the menu, squid rings, majorcan cheese etc. two bottles of wine and two hours later we'd had enough!!!!! We will be back to CSV in september. can't wait! |
Eating out in CSV
I was really ill a couple of years ago after eaing out at Marinas. I had had fish and will never go back there again! We usually visit Modesto and Balaixia as well as driving through to PP for a bit more choice. I have even been known to cook in the villa although this is a very rare sight..............We still miss Tolo's in CSV though, their lamb has never been matched.
