Maxim's is in the main square in Puerto Pollensa - just to the left of the church if you stand facing it.

There is a website - either click on the menu to the left - "Once You're There" and then "Eating Out" or click on the link in the Restaurant Reference thread at the top of this section.

Just had 11 nights in PP, we ate twice here and found the food and service of a very high quality. Well recommended.

Don't think advert is in eating out section any longer, so follow the link in restaurant sticky. It's a good website, thought it'd closed as advert had gone, thanks for the link Jane.

Ate at Maxims for our first night out in PP last week. Crowded inside for obvious weather reasons, but still managed to get a table for 4.
The staff are always helpful and courteous I have found, and the whole ambience is really light, comfortable and friendly, but I do feel it is slightly, and I do mean only slightly, let down by the standard of the food sometimes.
My mum and I had chicken with a mushroom sauce and found the chicken rather dry. We both ended up leaving some of it and the waiter did ask if anything was wrong. Now my mum, being one of the typical English who will then say "no, no nothing, just a bit full up than you" , when I knew what was really wrong, persuaded me to say "well, actually we did find the chicken a little dry", his reply - "well yes the chicken is dry, but the sauce makes it wetter"!!!!! Totally serious and it just made me smile and enjoy the rest of the meal!

Am afraid they chose not to renew the advert as they felt that having the website alone was sufficient.
