The Embat group of bars/restaurants are saying on Facebook that they're opening imminently with the beach bar Llaut being the first.

Happy days

Can anyone advise if cash is still OK to use for low value purchases, or is it card only, we’re due out next week and I don’t want to order euros if there not being accepted. TIA

Hi, I asked a similar question on a Facebook forum as I was worried about card v cash. From responses I’m getting card where possible but cash for tips / small drinks as preferable to staff.

When it comes to the old Guru I think people will be very happy with what it becomes as I have seen some of what’s going on and I will definitely pay a visit when it opens. It is behind someone already on the port but is up to them to reveal it. x

Cards and cash are being accepted but as i have already said it's best to ask when ordering. To be honest in the smaller independent places cash is more needed, remember they have to wait for the money to come in from the banks .

Fantastic cocktails
Great news. This, the nautical club and the cantina are becoming our favourites.

We won't be able to make it this year but the above comments are good to read. It sounds like our friends behind the bars, in the kitchens and serving at tables in PPcould be starting to get back on their feet.

We walked past yesterday to book a table, and are honoured to be there on their reopening night tomorrow. Toni was delighted to see us, as we were him.

What a coincidence - someone has literally just posted on a FB book to say they've just enjoyed a lovely lunch at Tiberi!
