Default Patio 49

We went to Patio 49 last night but found the place in darkness, locked and shuttered and no answers to phone calls. It seems unlikely that they would close on a Saturday evening. Does anyone know what is going on here?

I don't know but some places do close on Saturdays.

many places close on a Saturday evening . it is always the quietest night of the week so they take the night off

Friends ate at Patio49 on Friday night & said how much they enjoyed it.
Expect as others have already suggested that Saturday is just their weekly night off for staff rest.

Walked past today and there was a note in the window. “Closed for our wedding anniversary. Love our customers but love my wife more!” Opens again today (Sunday)

Thanks - as Disorderly says it was closed for a wedding anniversary and speaking to the owner tonight, she said that they may close over the next few Saturdays.

Yes when those same owners were running Tribeca, I seem to remember they closed Tribeca on Saturdays.

I think it was Finca 49 that was closed for their Wedding Anniversary, different place to Patio 49. I suspect they had a night off.
