Default Sardinas

Can anyone recommend their favourite place for sardinas a la plancha. Years ago we went a couple of times to a restaurant in CSV, but cant remember the name of the establishment . All I remember it had a ships mast and spiral staircase to the loos.
We took my late mother in law a few times. She loved the sardines and the attention she received from the staff.

Hi Tommo, below I recommend 3 in no particular order:

In the Tolo era at Tolo's they were fantastic but not sure if they are on the current Casa Villa menu?

Siurell are also great for sardines and often on a meal deal!!

Also Stay, at lunchtime only they are on the reasonably priced snack menu, they are even filleted if you prefer no fiddly bones!!

Enjoy

I think one of the beach bars - possibly Tamarells? - had them as a special last week - definitely glimpsed the words 'Sardines' on a blackboard as we drove past.
