Default Liberty Kitchen

Experienced the worst service ever last week. Over an hour before getting any food. It did appear as if meals were being prepared elsewhere to support the over stretched kitchen.

Sorry to hear that Jimbo but in their defence i do know that the head chef/owner had a sudden death in his family and had to rush back to the UK for a few days, this could explain the slow service .

Pet hate of mine! If a restaurant has a problem, tell the customer when they arrive. So you have a choice.....be prepared for a wait - or go elsewhere. We went to Maxim’s earlier in the year (lovely restaurant by the way) and their card machine wasn’t working. They didn’t tell us that until we came to pay. Fortunately, we had cash (just), but why not come clean on arrival? Frankly, that’s put me off going back. OWN GOAL!!

Hi

We went for Sunday lunch and really enjoyed it, in fact it was one of the best meals we've had. Service was excellent as well.

We went last Friday. I had the fish which was excellent. Hubby had calves liver, bacon, mash and gravy which he really enjoyed. Restaurant was very busy but service was very efficient. Highly recommend

Karen and Lee are always so good at making you feel welcome. We’ve never had a bad meal there in all the years we’ve been going there.
