I have 3 children and 6 grandchildren who I love with all my heart but that doesn't mean I wouldn't prefer to stay in an adult only hotel. It's a completely different issue to what you are implying, which is unnecessarily contentious.

We normally have at least one child with us (even on our honeymoon we had one with chickenpox to look after) and have never stayed in an adults only hotel - but this year our parents have very kindly offered to babysit on our Anniversary and we have booked a weekend in Mar Senses which is adults only.

It's not that we don't want to see kids - but it will be nice to have just one weekend where we don't have to worry about kids (our own or anyone else's) drowning in the pool or slipping over.

It's not something I would normally choose but it's nice to have the option
