I presume Ana has retired and if she has good luck to her for a long and happy retirement. This has been our favourite restaurant for paella for nearly 20 years even after Jose died a couple of years ago.
There was no choice on the type just a mixed paella.
We took our young grandsons there for their first paella last year and we have a fabulous video of them peeling their first prawns and loving it. The look on the face of a 6 year old when he finally had the reward for his hard work was wonderful.
I hope the new management can equal the quality with their paella.

Sad indeed. Another part of my life that has passed and never to be relived.

I still have video of this place taken over 25 years ago and you would not recognise it compared to now.

The place was packed to the limit. People filled what at the time was a dance area and that was not an odd night here and there, but the norm.

Still. times moves on and you can't put your foot in the same river twice, but at least I have the memories.

Good luck Ana, No point in me applying for the chefs job now.
