Default 2018 Restaurant & Bar recomendations

Obviously a lot of mentions in various threads about particular restaurants and there isn't a lot of debate about which are the top restaurants in the port....however, I'd like to discover a few hidden gems and unhidden gems to visit when I'm there in July.

So how about everyone naming their top three places, whether bars or restaurants and avoid including Stay and other top spots. Also include a quick overview on each one, as to why its special.

Thanks in advance!

My three best places are:

Patio@49 - Nice patio on a hot night without mosquitoes. Interesting dishes. Nice service.

Casa Vila - Very reliable, top quality and open all the year. Best in that chain

Pascalino's - For a long lunch, inexpensive, good service, ice cold beer, best seafront view of all

It's probably easier to list the few poor restaurants. There aren't many of them but they do exist!

We don't allow lists of poor restaurants as it is so subjective and can cause great damage to a business .

Bodega Can Ferra - really good value, family run, traditional Mallorquin restaurant

Na Ruixa - a more upmarket traditional restaurant

Bella Roma - great pizzas off the beaten track (unless you are following the track to Cellar La Parra!! (which is next door))
Lorenzo and Tommo like this.

On the corner along from the Sis Pins on Carrer de Formentor. Really nice food at Na Ruixa. Sundays tend to be very busy.

Na Ruixa - have eaten there several times over the years (always good meals), but think their prices have crept up considerably recently ..

Our three must visit each time restaurants are:
Bar Coral - run by local family for many years. Good food and always a warm welcome.
Na Ruixa -lovely Majorcan restaurant with good old world service.
Celler la Parra - traditional Majorcan food, buzzy atmosphere, extremely reasonable prices.
LK1960, Lorenzo and clinkham like this.
