I wish them well in thier new venture, I expect it will be a great success, they certainly have shown with thier other restaurants a great level of service and wonderful food, will add it to the list for the next visit!

Sparky, the pictures on their adds look a bit like sushi, but that doesn't fit the description so will be interesting to see what is on the menu.

Looking forward to seeing this. IMO, the Vila Cuisine guys have been great for the port. They have really ramped up the style of restaurants in PP and hopefully Euphoria will be another success story.

Dare I say it that with the Flora apartments being across the road along with Puerto Azul and the other one which name escapes me that Euphorias bar might take a lot of drinking business away from the square? I would imagine it will be a classy joint.

I do hope it's not pretentious and overpriced tiny portions!

Went to their opening last night. Thus place is just what the port needs I think it’s gong to be a brilliant addition
The complimentary tapas they served was yummy so can’t wait to go back and have some more

A friend went and confirmed that the tapas were excellent.

After talking to a waiter, he understands that the kitchen is going to be used to prepare food for the other restaurants in the chain.

I can't see why they would do that, each restaurant has it's own fully equipped kitchen and menu .

Shame that seems the way the multi outlets are going pre packed and warmed up on site.
Not for me lets see the kitchens working as they should be not mass production so profit comes first.

This is not completely true, i have spoken with Toni and he says only the filled pasta will be made there, all sauces, pizza and other dishes will be freshly cooked to order in each restaurant.
