That will be a big loss to the port - Trio used to be our 'banker' restaurant and good food and service were always guaranteed. And Tango carried on in much the same way. Hope it will be another good restaurant and not converted into apartments or another Chinese or Indian or whatever

Aah bless. I'm sure you'll survive.
I'm still trying to come to terms with the loss of Burger King!

Yes, you're quite correct - I'll be OK when I've finished my "Counselling"!!

Nooooooooooooooo

Absolutely gutted to hear this, was always my favourite going back to when they were in the square. Spent so many good times with the kids in there at all three locations when they were little & as they grew up.

Needless to say I hope Manolo has a very happy retirement, he certainly deserves it.

For me its never going to be the same without Tango, just glad Ca'n Josep is still going strong or I would definitely need Counselling.

I would not be too surprised if we didn't have to walk quite as far to Ca'n Josep in the near future.

Josep says that Can Josep is not relocating.

Please can i ask everyone to not try to start untrue rumours about businesses, it can be very damaging to them. I would also remind you all that the forum is for sharing info and advice and not for idle gossip and wind-ups, thank you.

Really very disappointed to hear this. We've never been Can Josep. Does it have a similar menu? ☹️

Josep has continued to provide the same ambience out at previously named Tango / Ca Vostro. We will miss Manolo's whistling hospitality wherever. Great views out over the bay at Josep's which we also enjoyed when it was run as Tango by Manolo. Life moves on ---- All the best Manolo & best wishes to his successors.

I still think they were at their best when they were at Tots.

That's it Madam S. You keep em in shape, unruly bunch. A few lashes with the cat should do it.
I've been on the receiving end in the passed and I can tell you I'm still licking my wounds
