Default Jamie from Olume

Hi. We ran into Jamie on Saturday. He has just opened up Gastronomic Area Corb Mari which is next to Corb Mari. They do eat in or take away local foods, like Tumbet, Fritto Mallorquin etc, amazing looking cakes and wines. Pop in and say Hi and partake

That's really good news - we were wondering what he was up to. He's a lovely guy and deserves to succeed - will definitely be paying his new venture a visit.

Interesting news - we saw Jaime a couple of times while we were out late May / early June but he was working at Brisas then. I guess this may just have been a temp position and now he's moved on to the Corb Mari Gastro area.

There are some photos and info on the Corb Mari website for the Gastro Area :
GastroArea| Prime Steak House | Carnes parrilla encina | Restaurante Corb Marí | Restaurant Corb Marí

(I think I'm okay to post the link as they do advertise on the site - apologies in advance if I'm mistaken )
