Question Oasis Restaurant - near Poligono Estate

Just read that the former Bailaxa (then Argentinian, etc etc) out near Poligono Estate is now opening again under a new name - Oasis. This used to be a great place for a swim lunch. Anyone have recent reports or comments on this one?

I remember when it was El Garroverar (spelling?) - lovely friendly cosy restaurant - either summer or autumn and was always one of our favourites

Question Thanks Sparky & Rosie34

Just read all about the newly named refurbished 'Vila Oasis' in TOTN today. Apparently managed now by a Welsh husband & wife team, Debbie and Shaun (who has a chef background). They offer 'Dip 'n Dine' lunch as well as function facilities, etc. me get be worth a try?

Is it no longer a party type venue which it seemed to be a year or so ago?

Just popped into Vila Oasis and met Shaun the owner and chef. This is now back pretty much as it was as Balaixa and looks really great. I think it's week ends lunchtime in the winter. This looks an absolute must try.
