Default roast chicken

Hi all, I wonder if someone could tell me if there is any where close to the Pollensamar Apartments that does take away roast chicken ?
We always stay in Pinaret and that end of the Port so are not so familiar with the end of the Pine Walk , and we always enjoy an evening staying in to eat along with a nice glass of wine on the balcony.
5 days and counting , woo hoo !
regards , Jat

The small supermarket opposite El Kiosko ( a few doors away from Mar Calma ) sell takeaway cooked chickens and I think do a deal with a take away chicken and bottle of wine 😃

If you're staying at the PollensaMar apartments at the end of the Pine Walk, behind the Illa d'Or, then I think that the Formentor Store might do spit-roasted chickens to take away. They do quite a variety of take-away food.

Just be careful where you buy the chickens. We bought one for our lunch last Monday and we are still suffering with food poisoning. My wife had to go to the doctors and get a jag in her rear end and the dog had to go to the vet, or maybe it was the other way around.
I watched as they took the chicken off the Skewer and it fell in to the fat below, they also poured some of this over the chicken and when I took it out the bag it just all fell apart.
That what we get for being gluttons and eating it after seeing this.

Thanks Sparky, I hope it is a bug and not the chicken, but the thought of it just now makes me feel a bit spewie.

Thanks all.
We are familiar with Golden Lion but we are at opposite end of town this time , so we will give the Formentor store a try as that seems to be very close by.
Oh dear GPM I hope you are all feeling better soon, including your wee dog. Jat
