Cafe Eolo

We ate here last night as we are one of the many people who have enjoyed Martin and Elke and their food in La Goleta over the last 12 years. We had heard that they offer the Goleta menu so we turned up hoping for a lovely feast.
We were a little disappointed that the two main dishes that we had were not on the menu ( paradilla de Cordero and the lovely cod Mallorquin ).
We opted for the sliced lamb for me and Debs had the aubergine and tumbet.
There was a decent amount of lamb for me but it was incredibly salty and the aubergine arrived and was stuffed with mince which I don't think the menu mentioned.
We were a little disappointed so decided to cheer ourselves up with two cafe Calypso but this took three attempts to arrive the way you would expect it.
We will give it another try as we really lime Martin but not not this year.

Oh dear! We went several times last year and we're delighted with food and service. It will be on the list for our July trip. Will let you know how we get on!
