Default If you could only eat here once - Signature dish.

Morning everyone

We fly out on the 14th Aug for 2 weeks.

I have started a list of restaurants that we will go to ( some from our last visit, and also from reading this forum )

What would you order if you were only allowed to eat here only once .

Stay
La Celtika
Cellar La Perra

Any replies would be appreciated , thanks.
Sean

Stay - take my pick from the 'Menu of the day' (mouth watering peek on the website)
...
Cellar La Perra - suckling pig (pre-order when booking your table)

(and extend the list to La Lonja and Ca'n Josep)

You're very welcome Sean.
Might see you at the member's meet up in August.

As signature dishes go it would be a sin not to pick up a spit roast chicken from the Golden Lion during your stay.

Ca'n Josep for sure.

Either the Sea Bream Mallorca Style or the Duck. Both fabulous!

I know that this post is slightly off the mark but - in an ideal world I would definitely have the hot fish and seafood salad that Jaime used to do many years ago at O Lume. Beautifully cooked white fish along with razor clams and other bountiful crustaceans! It was fantastic. Sadly O'Lume is no more so I'll have to settle for Tex Mex!
