If you want your UK fix of fish and chips then a visit to Codfather is recommended, proper cod, mushy peas and sarsons vinegar. They have a restaurant in a lovely garden setting and also do take away. Bit more pricey than in the UK but very nice.

Their advert is on the left of this page, under 'eating out'

I would recommend Nostalgia, good sized piece of Cod in beer batter with chips and the choice of peas or mushy peas.

the chips where nice, but the fish was very watery and the batter wasnt v good
peas could have been nicer too

I'm curious; just to compare prices, does any one know how much the fish & chips is at Nostalgia compared with Codfather?

Whatever floats peoples boat as far as I'm concerned. Imagine, If everyone in PP liked the same thing as you and I there would be no point in going as we would never get in the places we like.

Hi Tone

Not visiting, lucky enough to be living here but every now and again you just feel like a fix of something from good old blighty.
