Default Recommendation for paella

Tomorrow is the last day for my daughter and her boyfriend before they go home, leaving us for another week of this lovely weather.

For their last meal, they would like us to have a paella between all of us, preferably somewhere on the sea front/pine walk, where they bring the whole paella pan to your table and dish it out for you.

Can anybody recommend anywhere?

Many thanks.

El Ancla, next to the Hotel Romantic, lovely terrace overlooking the bay. In my opinion it's the best paella in the Port and at a reasonable price .

Bahia Hotel on pinewalk, fantastic setting great Paella. You might need to book to get a table next to beach

How much is paella typically? Is it a dish that tends to require 2 or more ordering it?

In addition to a full restaurant, mostly serving paella, Brisa Marina did 172 portions of take away paella last Sunday!
Speaks volumes....

I agree with Sparky, our last meal before coming home is always paella and nine times out of ten at El Ancla.

Hi kcdc, we had blind paella last night at bahia, and it was great, but what makes it extra special are the tables right on the beach.

We booked a few days ago to get one at the time we wanted, half 7,but tables were coming free as we were leaving, so you may be lucky later on in the evening.

Bodega can Ferra is excellent at about 9 Euros per person.

I cheated and went for the mixed 'blind paella' at Brisa Marina last week, which enabled me to greedily shovel down without a care in the world! Nonetheless is was absolutely gorgeous, and I'd thoroughly recommend it washed down with a jug of white sangria. It was well worth the break in culinary etiquette!

Walk a little further towards the marina and you'll be had pushed to beat Brisa Marina for Paella served at the table.
