I was in the square last night and noticed that the old "Plaza" chinese which had closed down has been cleaned up and according to the new sign it is now called "Bellinis Snack Bar and Temporary Store", sounds like they don't plan on staying long

They are going to open as a snack bar this year as they do not have time to change everything into what they have planned but will do the change over this coming winter. They are very nice people.

Is Bruno going to keep Laroc next year as well or is the plan to move into the Square wholesale?

Went for my tea time pint in the new bar tonight, 3 euros a pint, 5 euros for Combination,
They brought out olives and biscuits, really nice staff. It is Bruno from Laroc who is opening it, they are keeping it as a snack bar until October and then "might" open a restaurant after that.

Is Bruno related to Aina & Jordi who own Bar Coral... Was told once there is a connection as Laroc is reverse of Coral!

No but Laroc was originally founded and run by Jordi as a sister restaurant to the Coral many years ago before it was taken over by Bruno hence the Coral/Laroc link!

Enjoyed a snack lunch at Bellini's today. Bruno his usual hospitable self told us the opened yesterday in the square.

Thanks, James for clearing that one up! I know there are a small amount of locals who own a large amount of bars/restaurants but not sure of all the connections!!!
