I see this place is getting ready to open after ??? Years of lying empty. We were in it once about 12 years ago when we stayed at a small bills beside the old boatyard.

It is on the road up to the pollypark from the beach. Once again signs that there is confidence about that things are picking up?

Yes we used to rent one of the apartments above there and had some fantastic nights/ early mornings. Great memories when the family ran it, i believe they have rented it out but it will be a hard act to follow.
