In Nostalgia there will be a free buffet, cooked and prepared by chef Kenny (ex Citrus), Colin will be entertaining us with some great new songs and of course there will be a bit of Karaoke and lots of dancing, this is always a great night and drink prices will be reduced .

Excellent news. Now that's what I call a decent establishment. Free buffet and reduced drinks prices when a lot of places in the UK sometimes actually charge you to get in and no doubt some increase drinks prices.

The centre of the Port was very quiet last night, in the square only Osteria N15 was open and the only bars open were Mulligans and Nostalgia. We spent the evening in Nozzies, the lovely Carol Kidd was there and got up to sing a few songs. Kenny the chef served up a fantastic free buffet, Michaela, Lee and Maureen kept our glasses well topped up and of course Colin did what he does best with the music. So at midnight we did the Spanish New Year with the grapes.....they were neither small nor seedless but i manage to eat my 12, pips and all , then at 1am we did the traditional UK New Year with balloons, more party poppers, whistles and streamers (glad i didn't have to clean up). All in all it was lovely evening with a great atmosphere, on the way home i noticed La Roda was still packed and there were lots of fireworks going off which made it feel a bit like Sant Antoni had arrived early .

A great night was had by all in Trio and Whaleywanderer and Terry were introduced to a Spanish style New Year. Glad you had a good evening Sparky.
