Default Ca'n Guarassa

Sister restaurant to Stay and same very high standard. The tempura prawns are to die for, I had them both times we were there. Ragout of beef the first time, veal kidneys the second, great service, wish it was a bit nearer Chester, I'd be booking a table now just thinking of it....

Hi Penny, this is certainly on our top 3 list. We go about every 2 or three weeks, and even went for lunch the other day and had the menu of the day which is great food, but a bit too much at lunch time.

So which are the other two? I would say Stay and probably Balaixa, but wouldn't want to leave Illa dOr out...

Yes, it wont come as a suprise that Balaixa is in there, and also Trencadora, although it has to meet the standards that Juan kept. Time will tell.
I have to add La Victoria also. We went for the first time a couple of weeks ago for lunch and it was very good indeed

Couldn't get into Trencadora, it was on our list, but as I have said elsewhere, essential to book at the Pollensa restaurants, probably most of the good ones as things swing into high season.

This restaurant is wonderful and certainly tops my list of restaurants. You cant beat it for food, service and facilities for children. We love it winter or summer.
