Default Recommends needed for local cuisine in Old Town

Hi everybody,
Our last visit was in 2010 so we are looking for an update on recommendations for restaurants serving local cuisine in the old Town as we are about to book a week at the end of September.

I think La Fonda in the alley of the main square would be a good choice

Good to know that La Fonda is still a recommend as we have eaten there several times in our visits prior to 2010.

Thanks Sparky and for the useful link - I have read all the info including the ones in PP though we tend to stay near and eat in the Old Town.
Celer es Moli rings a bell from the past.Remember going one Wednesday evening years ago when there was a jazz saxophonist playing and we were well pleased with the ambience and cuisine.
Cheers,
Keith

Clivia is lovely, if expensive - would particularly recommend the fish baked in salt, and they also do a great paella with lobster.

La Fonda is probably my favourite restaurant in the old town - especially their fish dishes, and they do a great tumbet. And definitely Es Moli for the lunchtime MDD. A really good choice, and excellent food.

We are on holiday near Pollensa at the moment and wondered whether anyone knew whether Celer ES Moli have a jazz player on a Wednesday evening - it is 3 years since we were in Pollensa and they had one then - we will go to Celer es Moli one evening anyway but will choose Wednesday if the jazz saxophonist is there on a Wednesday.
