Hi

I love a slice of tortilla, does anyone have a favorite place which serves it?

La cabana is our favorite place for it, must say I love it as well, iconic dish but so easy to get it wrong!

Hi, thanks for that. Yes it is an easy dish to get wrong with so few ingredients.

What's the norm... should be served at room temperature or warm?

Usually when we are in PP room temperature is normally warm , room temperature I would say, definitely not straight out of the fridge!!

Cafe 1919 does a gorgeous tortilla too with a little salad. Reasonable portion and price too? Very popular with the spanish ladies who go there in the early evenings.
