Boy did we have some nights in BONY’S and bad mornings the next morning.:o
If you drink here be prepared for the worse, favorite trick is to leave the Gin bottle in the glass to fill by its self till it reaches neck of bottle. One night we went Jose just left us the Brandy bottle to help our selves and we did,

Great photos but did you have to remind me of last Thursday evening ?

Been out all day in the car dodging the rain at Valdemosa, Deia and Soller with my brother and sister in law who were on their annual visit.

Approaching the port at about 6 p.m. Bonyladette pipes up " Can't be arsed to eat out tonight, who's for a stroll, an aperitif at Bonys , a takeaway pizza and a massive Scrabble competition ??"

General consensus, so an hour later wer'e all at Bonys and Gero has the vodka, whisky and gin bottles vertical in our respective glasses. Quite moreish actually so Broth says " How about one for the road ?".

More general consensus and half an hour later Broth and I are partaking of a large glass of Rioja each in the Pizzerria whilst said pizzas are being cooked. Ladies straight home from Bonys to lay table, warm plates and open the wine.

Fast forward to Scrabble board coming out as we open a third bottle !!!

Well, dyslexia suddenly takes on a whole new meaning to four well educated, literate people !!!!

Afraid I had to retire hurt after a couple of rounds. Fortunately Bonyladette was in a caring compassionate mood as she helped me into bed by taking my shoes and socks off and bring me a large glass of water.

Next morning hangover not quite on the "Codfather" Richter scale ( See my earlier review on said establishment) but a three hour stroll down the Boquer did the trick nicely !!!

p.s. This is definitely Jose's last season. He's off to art college in the winter. However he assures me he will be working in the port next summer but no idea where yet.

Challenge to all you forumites

Just as the "Times" used to publish the letters re the earliest yearly hearings of the cuckoo there's a drink paid for over the bar at Bonys for the first to spot Jose in 2006.

Hi Icescater, been visiting P.P for 9 years but never been to Boney's. Can you give us directions as we may be back there in Sept and this place sounds fun. Cheers

My family and I were also pleased to see Jero back at Bony's and also had several bad morning afters! ... especially after my 21st birthday

Between him and Jose they just added to an already brilliant atmosphere on the night Spain beat Germany in the Eurocup, throwing water over everybody etc.

I think he was commenting on the fact that even though you are only 13 years old, you have been going to PP for 15 years...
