Default Restaurants in Alcudia Town

Last year we loved wandering around Alcudia Town and are planning to go in at least one night from PP for a meal. Can anyone recommend a nice romantic restaurant in the old town?

There are lots of good suggestions here such as Bodega D'Es Port but I think these are in Puerto Alcudia?

Thanks,

Lala

There are a few listed here Restaurants, Cafes, Bars in Alcudia Town but will add others on recommendation.

Friends of mine like La Placeta & we have been to Arca d'en Peter for lunch.

For a romantic meal we would recommend D'Arca in the old town. It is a lovely setting with a little courtyard. The chef is from Argentina and so the steaks are very good. The beef carpaccio is very very good. Portions are on the small size though. It might be a good idea to book as it is quite small and very popular. Bodegas D'Port is a bit too big for a romantic meal, and we have always found the food there "average".
