Default Bogavante Restaurant

A lovely restaurant for the evening out with your loved one - but not little ones - excellent food, wonderful choice of wines and great for people watching - both inside and out of the restaurant, which is at the top end of the Puerto Alcudia marina. Service excellent, attentive without being obvious.

Is that anywhere near the Bodega d'Es Port? That's the only one we know in the port - they do a great Menu del Dia for 9E (apart from Sunday Market day). If you do go a la carte the fish Mallorcan style is also great.

Have just found this on Bogavante www.restaurants-121.com/restaurantDisplay.asp?restaurantID=35 It looks a lot smarter than Bodega d'es Port - menu del dia is 18eur.

Is rather smart but not too stuffy. Not a lunch time restaurant really, although have been there when we were first introduced by a local, one of those lunch time restaurants that you need to stay for hours and hours and ......8)
