Default Alcudia old town

we loved it here, a little town inside a castle, or fortress, very clean, freshly painted etc, we had a lovely romantic evening snack/meal there , very quaint atmosphere, sorry dont recall restaurant name, but great pa amb oli the guy recommended the special, we got 1 just to try, and special it was ! had aubergines on, and they were gorgeous...

by night, romantic, lovely little terraces, prettily lit, in narrow streets, bussling...

by day is lovely for little nic nac shops etc, nice places to stop for coffee etc..we almost didnt go, as thought it wouldnt be our cup of tea, but is very atmospheric, pretty, and quaint, definetly, worth getting off the jam packed bus for...

Fab place - I love it there. What always surprises me is the amount of people that come to PP that don't go as far as to visit either Alcudia or Pollensa Old Towns.

To me, part of the joy of eating in the evening, is deciding if it will be PP, Pollensa or Old Town Alcudia.

I even have started to like Port Alcudia more than I did - It always seemed a bit "downmarket", but we've had some nice meals there, and price-wise, it is certainly cheaper than PP (If nowhere near as nice...)
