Default Thompson for the disabled

I have just taken my wheelchair bound disabled mum to PP using Thomson flights. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We were treated as royalty and helped throughout the entire process of travelling. Yes they were more expensive than Easyjet or Ryanair but for anyone with a disability I would suggest the extra cost well worth while.

They helped to turn a somewhat daunting experience into a pleasure to travel.
Certainly I would take Mum again but ONLY if we can go with Thomson.
Highly recommended.

My husband is a full time wheelchair user and so hates travelling on planes but I have used Jet2 for the last five years and find them very good. so there is a cheaper option if you wish to take it.

Thanks for the info. It is really good to know that it can be easy to travel with a disabled person and that there are cheaper alternatives. I will certainly look into Jet2 next time although I am unsure if they fly from Stansted. don't think I would consider Easyjet or Ryanair though!
