Default Prosecco

Hi

Can anyone tell me if they sell Prosecco in the bars at Puerto Pollensa and is it available to buy in the Supermarkets.
Also can anyone try a nice dry Cava please?
Thanks

Default Prosseco

You can buy Prosseco at C'an Josep and Joker by the glass or bottle, in Supermarkets it is stocked at the big Eroski by the aeroplane roundabout at a reasonable price, more expensive at Vora Mar at the start of the Pine Walk. Enjoy you holiday and fizz!

Most cavas are good - it is a superior product to prosecco. Just look for the Brut or Seco for dry not the Extra Brut as this is, oddly, off dry.

There is some confusion around the dry/sweet rating, I believe the list below to be correct.

Rating *Sugar content(grams per litre)

Brut Nature *0–3
Extra Brut *0–6
Brut *0–12
Extra Dry *12–17
Extra Sec *12–17
Extra seco *12–17
Dry *17–32
Sec +17–32
Seco *17–32
Demi-sec *32–50
Semi-seco *32–50
Doux *50+
Sweet *50+
Dulce *50+
