I have now talked to Pollensa (Zelda) about this issue and she is as baffled as we all are but she will investigate further.

Go to the main forum page, that's the one that comes up when you log in, the "Miscellaneous" section is the fifth section on the list.

Don't worry about posting in the wrong section, i will move it if necessary .

@pine.man
I'm sure you'll get the hang of it soon enough.

Best to log in the forum first of all.

Then it's easiest to start on the Forum homepage -
http://www.forum.puertopollensa.com/

If you're viewing the site on a PC or in the full site view

You will see all the (sub-)forums listed under the headers of 'General', 'Before you go', 'Once you're there', etc.

Under 'General' you see the (sub-)forum 'Miscellaneous'.
Click the word 'Miscellaneous' and the (sub-)forum opens.
The button 'New Thread' is displayed on the top left, above the existing threads
(and also on the bottom left, below the existing threads)

If you're viewing the site on a tablet or a phone, you'll be in the "mobile view" where it is slightly different to start a new thread.

Once you have selected the (sub-)forum 'Miscellaneous', you'll see "Threads: (New?)" on the top left , above the existing threads.

Click on the (New?) and you enter the details of your new thread.

...

Hope that helps.

PS and as Sparky says, she'll be watching over you and move it if required
