finishing touch holidays

Has anyone booked with this company before. I have seen an apartment I would like to book - Minis - just past the marina. What is troubling me is that I sent an enquiry to Finishing Touch Holidays and Bellamar about the same apartment for 8 - 22 July. Bellamar say it is only available from the 10th but Finishing Touch Holidays say the dates are fine. I would like to book it but I am just not sure.

I too would be wary...Mini's is advertised with several rental agencies.I have not heard of Finishing Touch holidays but used Bellamar for a number of years (however i think Anna moved to Engel & Volkers)

It gets more confusing. I have just had an email from Pollensaproperties.com confirming availability 8-22nd.
