Easter Monday Shop opening?

We arrive in PP late on Easter Sunday, thanks to Ryanair changing their flight times by 3 hours. Will there be any food shops open on Easter Monday? The owner of the apartment we have booked has flagged up that there might be nothing open at all, and she has kindly offered to do some shoppping for us if we give her a list, but would prefer not to bother her and do our own on Easter Monday if anywhere is open. Never been to PP before and am really looking forward to it. Have loved reading entries on the forum and got some good ideas of walks and trips to do. Thanks!!!

The Monday is not generally a main fiesta here in Puerto Pollensa and you will be sure to find a small supermarket open and maybe even the larger ones open 10-13. It is a fiesta in Palma etc. and all main shops are closed there on Good Friday and Easter Monday. I have not seen the signs on the windows of larger supermarkets yet but I am sure that this week they will go up and someone will provide the full supermarket opening hours of Eroski and Lidl.

HyperCentro are closed on Good Friday and open Easter Monday from 9am-2pm .

Eroski are open 9-2 Thurs,Friday, Sunday ,Monday and normal hours on Saturday.
