Default Eroski opening times

A question to all of you lucky people who live in PP!

We are arriving at our villa in Pollensa early evening this Saturday and will need to stock up on a few food items - can anyone tell me what time the Eroski between Pollense and PP shuts on a Saturday, and what time it opens on Sunday morning?

Many thanks in anticipation.

Not sure about that Eroski but hubby says in the Port they close at 21.00pm on Saturdays and are open 9am - 2pm on Sundays.

That's brilliant Sparky - thanks as ever for the very prompt reply. We are hoping to get along to one of the forum meet-ups during the fortnight that we're over, so we might get to say 'hello' to you if you're there!

We arrive Sunday and I am pretty sure that Eroski / Hyper are closed on Sundays during the winter.

Can anyone advise if they will be open as normal on Monday 16th as I assume they will be closed on 17th

Countdown begun and cant wait now

It's an old thread I know but it gets the top google hits

Can anyone help me with the closing times of Eroski on Friday 22nd February 2013.

I have checked on the Eroski website but it says to 'check the schedule in your store' which is not easy from England

We arrive late at almost 21:00 hours and I am trying to find somewhere for essential supplies, a bit late I know for February but not many flights...

Thanks Sparky

I dont think we will make it before 9 pm so I will have to think of somewhere else for some water etc.

The Repsol garage in Pollensa might be a possibility as we will be driving past it as we are staying not far from it in the town, I think that is 24 hour but not sure about winter.

I honestly don't know Mark, have you asked for a welcome pack in your accomodation?. The only other suggestion i can offer is to ask in a bar if they could sell you some water .

Hi Mark,

The Supermarcado BIP, on the square at the end of Via Pollentia in the old town may be open after 9pm? We've used this place before when Eroski and Lidl have been closed, it's a tardis of a place! Usually easy to park outside.
Alternatively you could pick up some water and bread at the small shop on the ground floor at the airport. It's not cheap but may keep you going.

Looks like you arrive when we go home. Shame, I was hoping to get a glance of that flowery shirt

The petrol station in Pollenca is open until 10 pm and you can get all the basics there until you get to the supermarket!

mark the repsol garage in pollenca is open 24/7 and is your only(albeit more expensive) option to get you kick started

I'm amazed that this thread is still going being as it was started by me almost 2 years ago - how exciting!

More exciting is that having missed out last year due to lack of funds, we are returning to PP for our summer holiday this August! Which means we will no doubt be visiting Eroski again!! Happy times.
