Has anyone ordered on line from Eroski and had it delivered to apartment and villa on arrival we were just thinking would be easier for large items as we will not have a car, are there any problems i have not seen with doing this.

We have also been without car and therefore have done many on-line orders with Eroski (we own our property here, not sure if this is a requirement to open account). Deliveries always within time-slot. We did have an issue with substituted items, as we set the flag for all items not to be substituted and did receive some. The sub items should arrive in yellow plastic bags, although not in our case. However, contacted Eroski on-line customer service, who were great and refunded for those items. Frozen items just about received ok, although the delivery van did not have chillers. Overall, I recommend.

Default Home Deliveries

Hi Big Sal

Yes, I think you may be right - we tried to get deliveries this last 2 years, but we were renting, and it didn't happen.

Best Regards

I think the biggest issue is you need a spanish mobile number. I've got one off ebay and intend to leave the old handset with spanish sim in the kitchen drawer over there so any of my family who want to get an online order can do so using an old laptop I'll leave there too.

My niece, her husband and their young family to coming to stay in our apartment in a couple of weeks. They aren't hiring a car and I think I've read you can do a big shop at Eroski and they will call you a cab when you've finished. Has anyone done this or have I just imagined it?

We always do a big shop at the Eroski by roundabout, when you get to the till ask the girl and she will call you a taxi. It was about 6 euro to Pinaret last year.
