Default Buying Metal Garden Furniture

Next question (!) - any ideas on where you can buy metal/mesh garden furniture for our balcony? I've bought some in the UK - brand Kettler - but I don't think they have that here. Quite a few restaurants/hotels have similar e.g. terrace at the Illa d'Or. We're going to have a look at Plomer & the other place next door (Vilanova) but wondered about anywhere else?

That's a fabulous shop Debz1 - and it does have a great range of patio furniture right down the far end of the shop on the mezzanine level.

Another good place to look is Habitacle in Can Picafort. It has lots of garden furniture. We shall be looking there for balcony chairs and table when we come out in June.

It is on the main Alcudia to Arta road going through Can Picafort. Go past Mercadona in Can Picafort on the right hand side and it is about 400 metres further along on the left hand side.

Just a query, don't you find metal furniture gets uncomfortably hot in the sun? Even with cushions on there are still bare arm rests! I like the look of metal but have always worried about this!

Bella the ones we have are the same as Stay and Can Josep, and quite a few others around the Port. The frame is metal, the seat and back is mesh and the armrest is wood set in metal so doesn't get hot. They look so much better than plastic ones and are far easier to clean. Ours are about 5 years old now and look as good as new
