Fantastic photos Chris. Love the sunsets. Did you use a filter or are they 'natural'? You seem to find some great places to photograph, off the beaten track. Do you use a map/guide book to find these places, or just get in the car and aim?

The photos were all taken in natural light using no filters. I think they were taken about 4.45pm as the sun was about to go behind the mountains. With some I used the flash to combat the auto exposure control so that the foreground was more in balance with the background.
How I found the location Sandy was just purely by being nosey! I always wondered how you got up to the turret (Talaia) which can be seen clearly from the bay.The next time I went up to the Mirador des Colomer I noticed they had put one of those new wooden 'Cami' signs pointing the way. I just bravely pointed the FIAT in that direction and gritted my teeth!! It is a pretty scary (but short) road in places and it is best to stop just before the summit as part of the road has no protection whatsoever! There is some sort of track to what looks like a radar or TV array. Most people seem to park and walk the rest of the way from there but you can go most of the way to the top in the car if you are brave!
