Default Cyclists

I am fed up of seeing cyclist peeing at the roundabout at the bottom of the mountain road that leads to Formentor.
The solution - groups of cyclists should have a van with a chemical toilet on board for them to use instead of the bushes by the road side.
How can this be implemented any cyclists reading this should put my suggestion
forward to their club possibly ?

Oh!! I do hope this is not another slur on these poor men in lycra, after all we are told that they do try to miss hitting pedestrians on the pavements. I think that other tourists in the port should be taxed to give these lycra clad men some where to pee. Please remember they have to walk in funny soled shoes as well.
My tongue is stuck in my cheek.

It must be coming out with quite some force if they're at the roundabout & there is still a risk of splashing a pedestrian on the pavement
