Dear Mrs Lizard

Take your time - no need to rush. If you can " string out " your journey for say a couple of weeks or so, then we can all enjoy your running commentary in the run up to Christmas.

Seriously though, it makes great reading, so, keep them coming. I am sure everyone on the forum is enjoying it immensely.

Hey Mike thats the exact route.

Tues 1 Dec, had a walk into Errezill its a very pretty little village, like something out of a sound of music film set, drove into San Sebastian later, its very lovely city with a nice beach, Wed 2 Dec wanted to stay in Zaragoza but had trouble finding a dog friendly place that wasnt in the heart of the city so ended up at Arguedas near Tudela, what a find a whole house! after spending the last 10 days cooped up in hotel bedrooms this was bliss a kitchen and an enclosed garden and a washing machine!! so cooked a proper meal did 3 loads of washing,(losing the plot now) the village was a bit grim but had a nature reserve nearby, we saw a vulture soaring overhead and land, when we looked closer through the binoculars they were everywhere counted 35 in total, 4 Dec drove to Sant Celoni between Barcelona and Girona, free acommodation here as our youngest daughter lives here, need to book ferry for sunday night this is the bit im not looking forward to

Such a lovely story, we wish you all the best for your new life. We have recently bought our first place in PP and try to get there as often as possible, we hope to make a permanent move about five years. I hope we bump into you as would love to meet you and your pups, I always need my doggy fix when over there its the only thing I miss about home.
Wishing you a very happy new year in your new home.
Paula
