Default Buying a business

Has any one got any good advice for purchasing a business in Puerto Pollensa. We'd particularly like to hear from anyone who's done it and 'lived the dream' so to speak. My girlfriend and me are selling up in England with a view to setting up in Mallorca. Claire my better half is a manager at a function suite for our local golf course and has many catering qualifications. I'm a CAD designer for a large chain of portable cold store suppliers. We both have ideas to set up a small healthy snack foods takeaway or something similar in the port. Could anyone recommend a decent agent that might be able to put us in the direction of some good premises that may be suitable and help us on our way to our first yacht!?

Default Re: Buying a business

Thanks folks for the advice so far!
We are thinking more Subway though than Holland & Barrett! I think there's definitely a lack health conscious takeaways in the area. When we came last year we searched everywhere at lunch time for a good sarnie. What with two markets a week selling all the fresh food you can imagine and a good local baker I'm sure there's demand for the type of Club Sandwich even Gordon Ramsay would relish? Anyway, Pollensa Man you're right, there's plenty of research and groundwork to do first and we are always welcome to hear any advice or ideas.
