Default Selling up

Hello again everybody. Due to illness we have unfortunately decided that we will return to the UK. We need to put our apartment on the market and am looking for recommendations for good estate agents with reasonable fees. Any advice would be welcome.

So sorry to hear that illness means you are selling up and returning to the UK. I can confidently recommend Veronica de Costa at Mundo Mediterrano. She was brilliant when we bought our apartment and very professional. I wish you all the very best.

We have recent experience of three local estate agents. If you send me a PM I'll let you know which were good and which not so.

Why not advertise on here and sell privately- no fees?

Am afraid this forum is not the place to advertise property - see http://www.forum.puertopollensa.com/...terms-use.html There is a moderated classified section for other personal items at Items Wanted/For Sale - Pollensa Forum

A selection of agents can be found at Apartments, Villas for sale in Pollensa, Mallorca Majorca

Really sorry to hear this.

Doesn't seem 5 minutes since this thread
http://www.forum.puertopollensa.com/...fe-begins.html
but it was nearly 5 years ago, how time flies.

At least you have actually lived the dream rather than just dreaming about living the dream.

Good luck with the move back home and I hope everything goes OK.

Sorry to read about your health problems, but at least you had 5 years and nobody can ever take that experience away from you.

That's why its important to do these things when you have the chance and not put them off.

Good luck for the future, fingers crossed.

Who knows, just like general Macarthur, you may return.
