Puppy wanted
Why not have a look at Victoria's Animal Refuge in case they have the type of dog you are looking for?
Asociacion Pro-Animales-Mallorca
There have been previous discussions on this forum about the wonderful work they do there.
You might possibly be able to give a good home to a needy dog that way

Hi Penny I think Lorenzo's link is an excellent one.
King Charles spaniels are lovely dogs but without coming over too negative can I just inform you of a tv programme here in the UK recently where they were looking into inter breeding with King Charles as a main topic. It seems that many can have problems where their brains are too big for their actual heads. This causes much distress to the poor dog. Obviously this isn't the case with all King Charles but something for you to be aware of and if you decide to go forward to be aware of the breeder. I can't remember the name of the programme but it may show up on google etc.
Good luck with your search. I hope you find your new friend very soon.

Hi Penny, I agree why don't you have a look in some of the animal shelters, they always have lots of lovely dogs who need homes, the one in Pollenca is great, Refugio Animales Pollença +34 971532180, email refugifina@refugifina.org, you might go there and fall in love with one, let us know what you decide to do

You all probably guessed I would say it but I couldn't resist......
There is a beautiful King Charles puppy in the mountain Penny maybe while you're searching for your real puppy you can look at him.

Oh absolutely! He is so sweet, and just a like a naughty puppy, he pops up everywhere! Its surprising how many photos you look at and find him somewhere in them at some angle or another!

I think he looks like my golden spaniel. Don't think he is a King Charles as his nose is too pointed. Whatever he is he is lovely! What a find!

Sorry Sparky, back on thread, yes lots of rescue centers, do think about a rescue dog or at least check if they have any spaniels, so many poor dogs stuck without loving families, and cats for that matter
