WANTED: 5ft bed- NEW

I require a bigger bed - our 4ft 6 bed is for sale on in the Sale items . Can anyone help with the best place to buy a bed please?

When we were looking around for a bed and bedroom furniture a couple of years back we found that it was a choise between poor quality at the hipermarkets, very expensive at the furniture shops, or non-standard sizes at ikea. In the end we bought ours from Bensons in the uk and had Webbs ship it out.

Deanscroft thanks for the reply. What did it cost to ship a bed?

We had Bensons deliver a 5ft bed and mattress plus two bedside cabinets and two large chests of drawers to Webbs in Ramsgate. Webbs then brought them here and delivered to Puerto Pollenca. I think they charged 250 pounds.

I would suggest Ikea for the larger beds, ours are 1.80 x 2.0m or Bob the Bed in Santa Ponsa have British beds in various sizes.
