Default Praise for Telefonica

Our internet went down lunchtime yesterday and after a call to Telefonica they send a text message to say that they had logged the complaint and early today we had a visit from an engineer. Ten minutes after he had left, having fixed the problem, we got another phone call to check we were happy, and finally a text to say that the file had been closed. All fixed within 24 hours and on a Saturday too.

Well done Telefonica, you could teach BT a thing or two!

They could also teach Europa a thing or two as their Technical Support only work normal office hours Monday to Friday. Too bad if you loose connection late on Friday night as I did! Anyone thinking of switching beware - the grass isnīt always greener on the other side.......
