phone / broadband etc

i am making some enquires for my god parents about to emigrate to Pollensa. Their apartment has telephone points so obviously a line is there. however i have some questions:

is it possible to get a cable broadband connection in pollensa ? my intention would be, if this is possble, to run a VOIP phone through this with an english number and possibly a second phone with a spanish number using www.sipgate.co.uk or suchlike with a grandstream adapter.

alternatively i assume ADSL is available throughout pollensa ? if so whats the best offer for a phone /adsl connection beaing in mind that not many local calls will be made ?
