CSV Apartment above shop

Hi - In previous years we have stayed at the Simar in CSV. Looking out over the outside eating area and above a shop ossite was a telephone number indicating a private apartment ehere for rent. Does anyone know the number to call, what it is like etc? Or if anyone is there and could have a look I would be very grateful. Or does anyone know of other private apartments not generally advertised? Thanks
