Villa Plus Very Bad Experience

Hi

I just wanted to warn everyone about a bad experience with Villa Plus, they advertise properties when they have already been booked and dont contact you to tell you.

I thought that we had booked a villa, turning down other offers only to have the rug pulled out on us.

What makes it worse is that they continued to advertise this villa after at least two people had booked it. I also saw the villa advertised on another site, which had it as unavailable whilst Villa Plus continued to advertise it.

The communications I have received from them has been very matter of fact and obviously used dozens of times - so please be wary of Villa Plus.

You really wouldnt mind if it was a mistake and they apologised, but all they could do was churn out an automated response.

Update

Ok, so now ... despite not having any properties on their website available for rent they have found one available!!

Which just happens to have the same facilities, be in the same area - but is 50% more expensive.

Hmmmn, there is a phrase for this.
