Mountain building noise in La font

We used to go to the La font area every year till about 6 years ago when each time we were bombarded with building noise from building on the mountain - in particular a great big drill which was hammering into the rock most of the day! As we are going again to La Font next month for the first time in years, just wondered if anybody knew if the building noise is still going on?
